Collaboration Process
Initial Communication
Customers contact Bairun Machinery via telephone, email, or the company’s official website to discuss their needs, such as procuring solid–liquid separation equipment, green and intelligent casting equipment, dust-collection systems, and material-packaging equipment. Based on the customer’s requirements, the relevant sales and technical personnel make a preliminary assessment of whether the company can provide the corresponding products or services, and then invite the customer to visit the company for an on-site inspection or arrange for company representatives to travel to the customer’s premises to gain a better understanding of the specific situation.
Plan Development
For equipment procurement, Bairun Machinery’s technical team will design a tailored equipment solution based on the customer’s specifications, performance requirements, production capacity, and other needs, and provide detailed technical parameters and quotation documents. For EPC turnkey projects, the company assembles its engineering and design teams to conduct an in-depth assessment of the customer’s production processes, site conditions, and other relevant factors, and then develops a comprehensive project solution that covers plant layout design, equipment selection and configuration, construction scheduling, and other key elements. The proposed solution is subsequently presented to the customer for review, with feedback solicited and adjustments made to ensure continuous optimization.
Business Negotiation
The two parties will negotiate the commercial terms of the cooperation agreement, including pricing, delivery schedules, payment methods, and after-sales service. Based on customer requirements and project specifics, Bairun Machinery will provide reasonable pricing and delivery timelines, while clearly defining the rights and obligations of both parties with respect to payment, installation and commissioning, training, and warranty services.
Contract Signing
Upon reaching agreement on the cooperation plan and commercial terms, Bailun Machinery will draft a formal cooperation contract, which will cover details of the products or services, pricing, delivery or completion timelines, quality standards, payment terms, liability for breach of contract, and other relevant provisions. After both parties have reviewed and confirmed the contract’s accuracy, it will be signed and sealed, thereby formally establishing the cooperative relationship.
Project Execution
For equipment procurement, Bairun Machinery undertakes equipment manufacturing in accordance with the contractually specified timelines and technical requirements. Upon completion, the equipment undergoes quality inspection; once it passes inspection, shipment and transportation are arranged, and technical personnel are dispatched to the customer’s site for installation, commissioning, and operator training. For EPC turnkey projects, the company organizes construction teams to commence work on-site according to the construction schedule, coordinates all related activities—including equipment procurement, installation, and electrical wiring—and ensures that the project progresses on time, meets quality standards, and delivers the required scope of work.
Acceptance and Delivery
Upon completion of the project, Bailun Machinery will notify the customer to proceed with acceptance inspection. The customer shall conduct acceptance in accordance with the quality standards stipulated in the contract, inspecting the equipment’s operational performance and verifying that all factory functions meet the required specifications. Upon successful acceptance, both parties shall complete the delivery procedures, and the customer shall make payment of any outstanding balance (if applicable).
