Detailed Description
RT precision ceramic vacuum filter integrates mechanical and electrical, microporousceramics, ultrasonic technology as a whole, relying on vacuum suction and capillary action toachieve solid-liquid separation of new efficient and energy-saving filtration equipment. Mainly used in mountain, metallurgy, chemical industry, environmental protection and other industries.
>>Product features
1. High vacuum degree (vacuum degree 0.09-0.098MPa), low cake moisture.
2. Filtrate solid content <50ppm. Can be used repeatedly to reduce emissions.
3. Compared with traditional filtration equipment, energy consumption is saved by about 90% with low energy consumption and low operating costs.
4. Compared with the traditional ceramic filter, filter cake washing is added, suitable for materials that need to be washed.
5. Using PLC, microcomputer combined with automatic valve control, and high degree of automation to reduce labor intensity.
6. Compact structure and small footprint for easy installation and maintenance.
7. The use of advanced drainage system can be used under any working conditions.
>>Working principle

Suction area: During working, the filter plate immersed in the slurry is combined with vacuumpressure under the action of capillary, and the surface is adsorbed into a layer of filter cake.Finally the filtrate can pass through the filter plate into the distribution valve to the drop tank.
Washing area: After the filter cake is transferred to the slurry hopper, the filter cake is sprayed and washed.
Drying area: The filter cake continues to dehydrate under the action of high vacuum force.
Discharge area: When there is no vacuum, the scraper automatically discharges the material.
Backwash: In order to wash the blocked microwells, industrial water or filtrate get into theceramic plate through the distribution valve, for washing from the inside out. After the ceramicplate is used for one cycle, the ultrasonic wave is used with low concentration acid mixingcleaning, to maintain the efficient use of ceramic plates.

1. Large skeleton density, high film strength, wear resistance, pressure resistance and corrosion resistance.
Selection of electric fused white corundum by 500T hydraulic gradient molding, 1430°C integral sintering, pressure can reach 8bar.
2. High opening rate, large production capacity; High filtration accuracy, low vacuum energy consumption.
The material is fine, the whole compound, not adopted adhesivebonding, good water permeability, opening rate of 92%;
1800 mesh ultra-fine white corundum spray film pre-coatingprocess, good capillary action, low vacuum energyconsumption.
3. Various regeneration methods, the service life is greatly extended.
It can be cleaned with high temperature and highpressure, organic solvent and etc., with goodregeneration effect and long service life.

>>Control system
Adopt computer control system or touch screen combined withPLC control. Feed, filter, cleaning, acid distribution are automaticcontrol, mixing, the main shaft reducer adopts frequency control. Itcan achieve following effect: one person more machine operation,high degree of automation, simple and convenient operation, safe and reliable.

>>Gas-water mixed constant pressure backwash system
1) The filtrate regeneration system adopts precision filter filtration, environmental protection and energy saving.
2) Constant pressure water supply system is used for stable cleaning, safe and reliable.
3) The use of ultrasonic combined with chemical cleaning agents to clean ceramic plates, effectively ensure the efficient use of ceramic plates.
4) Automatically mix acid to reduce labor intensity and risk.
