RBF belt vacuum filter is a device that realizes solid-liquid separation with vacuumnegative pressure as the driving force. In terms of structure, the filter section is arrangedalong the horizontal length direction, which can continuously complete filtration, washing.drying and filter cloth regeneration. The equipment has the advantages of high filtrationefficiency, large production capacity, good washing effect, low water content of filter cake.flexible operation and low maintenance cost. It can be widely used in metallurgy, mining.chemical industry, paper making, food, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and otherfields of solid-liquid separation, especially in the flue gas desulfurization gypsum dehydration(FGD).
RBF belt vacuum filter is a kind of high efficiency filtration solid-liquid separationequipment, independently developed by our factory on the basis of the introduction ofsimilar products from abroad. The equipment adopts a fixed vacuum box, while the rubberfilter belt slides on the vacuum box, the vacuum box and the rubber filter belt form a motionseal structure, it can continuously and automatically complete process operations likefiltration, filter cake washing, slag unloading, filter cloth regeneration and etc. Besides, themother liquid and filter cake washing liquid can be collected in sections. It has theadvantages of high filtration efficiency, large production capacity, good washing efficiency,low water content of filter cake, flexible operation and simple maintenance. After many yearsof tape machine improvement of our factory, the technical performance and quality of ourtape machine have reached the international advanced level. It has been widely used inmetallurgy, mining, chemical industry, power plant wet flue gas desulfurization, coalchemical industry, paper making food, pharmaceutical and environmental protection industries.

<<Operation principle of equipment

The above figure shows the working principle of the belt vacuum filter. The slurry isdistributed on the forward rotating filter cloth I by charging A. Under the action of vacuumpumping force, the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and enters the vacuum box J throughthe rubber filter tank with H, and then enters the gas-liquid separator E through the filtratemain pipe for collection, discharge or recovery. The trapped solid liquid forms a cake on thefilter cloth and is drained and discharged. After discharge, the filter cloth is regeneratedthrough the filter cloth cleaning device D, and enters the filtration of the next step. The filter mother liquid and washing liquid can be collected in stages on the device. The filter cake canbe washed in the way of upstream and upstream (as shown in the figurel, meanwhile, thespeed can be adjusted in a certain range. The whole process of feed filtration, washing,draining, unloading, filter cloth regeneration can be completed continuously and automatically,and it can achieve remote automatic control and operation.
<<Equipment technical characteristics

<<Vacuum box and lifting device
Vacuum box cylinder lifting design to ensure that the vacuum box lifting space ismaximum. The vacuum sealing structure adopts a mobile sealing structure to prevent thevacuum loss between the moving filter belt and the fixed vacuum box. The friction belt on thebottom middle side of the filter belt is padded on the slide groove of the vacuum box to ensurethat most of the wear occurs on the moving friction belt that is easy to replace. And on theslide groove, the lubricating water is passed into the filter length direction at a fixed intervaland the lubricating liquid can play a role in preventing air intrusion and cleaning the sealing surface.

<<Deviation correction device
The deflecting roller is deflected at a certain Angle by the air bag cylinder tocorrect the deviation of the filter cloth. The air bag adopts high quality brand, thecorrection switch adopts close type, the quality is reliable and stable.

<<Tape tensioning device
Screw push-pull design, bearing seat selection of chutetype. The top of the screw is equipped with a crank wheel,and the rubber filter belt can be tensioned and deflected byrotating the crank.

<<Cleaning device
Using water jet cleaning filter cloth and filter belt, and equipped with a sealed box, bothsides of the cleaning pipe inlet and outlet are sealed with flanges, which can ensure a cleanwork site and the normal work of the filter. The nozzle is made by our company, which canfully guarantee the cleaning effect.

<<Rubber filter belt and skirt, baffle
The rubber filter belt is also known as the vacuum belt, which is the key component ofthe RBF belt vacuum filter. Filter belt skeleton material selection of excellent performancepolyester canvas; It has the characteristics of high strength, acid and alkali resistance, heatresistance, oil resistance, cold resistance and etc. The most remarkable feature is that theconstant load elongation is small, and it is not easy to produce deformation. The filter beltand the lower cover rubber can be formulated according to the working conditions to meetthe different needs of acid and alkali resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance, coldresistance and etc. The molding and vulcanization of the filter belt adopt a single integralcomposite process to ensure the smooth and stable performance of the belt.

In order to prevent the overflow of the filtrate, the two sides of the filter belt are addedwith the wavy skirt edge. The skirt edge of this structure is good, which can avoid the skirtside through the roller to break. The upper structure of the filter belt is equipped with rows ofgrooves in the middle, as the drainage belt. There are one or more rows of liquid drainageholes in the middle of the trench, which can collect the liquid in a vacuum tank. The drainagehole adopts pure glue structure, which prevents the acid and alkali solution from infiltratingthrough the cloth layer and improves the service life of the filter belt.
<<Tape support device
The material is made of plastic alloy, with the characteristics of high wear resistance,impact resistance, self-lubrication and etc. The bearing chamber and sealing ring are made ofdisposable injection molding all-plastic material, supported by labyrinth and contact three-layerwaterproof and dust-proof sealing devices. The sealing material is made of Japanese BPT-G plastic, which does not deform andeffectively prevents the corrosion of bearings. Compared with the steel rollers commonly usedin the past, it has the obvious advantages of light weight, corrosion resistance, good sealing,water-proof, dust-proof, impact resistance, low noise of high-speed operation, abrasionresistance, and service life is more than three times that of steel rollers.

<<Material washing process
The use of counter-current washing and spray washing device, at the same timeaccording to the requirements of the material process can be used in the downstreamwashing or counter-current washing coating method, the material cleaning morethoroughly.

<<Control system
Frequency conversion speed control system is adopted torealize the free setting of the speed of the tape machine.And according to customer needs, it can be equipped withautomatic operation and automatic protection communication control system system, so as toachieve deviation correction control, tape limit position control (stop, node signal output),filter bra break control (stop, node signal output), remote and field open, shut down andcontrol machine speed output to the DCS system communication interface. The controlsystem components are imported from abroad and well-known domestic brand products, withstable and reliable quality. The system control is stable and practical.
