Detailed Description
RVF vertical automatic filter press is a kind of high efficiency, energy saving, high degreeof automation solid-liquid separation equipment. Widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemicalindustry, medicine, food and other industries. Each device uses the pressure of the pump, thegravity of the material, and the action of air or water pressure to form a pressure difference onboth sides of the filter cloth, so as to achieve efficient solid-liquid separation.elt guard.

<<Scope of supply and Site Installation requirements
1) The machine must be installed on a solid, flat reinforced concrete, or a solid steel framefoundation. Base size and relevant dimensions refer to installation diagram and base drawing. Thefoundation depth shall be determined by the user according to the actual situation. The main machineshould be lifted by professionals, and the equipment on the main machine should be prevented fromhitting and scratching. During installation, please use an air level to correct the main engine on the shaft and fasten it while installing.
2) Air supply: particles <5 microns, pressure 0.5-0.6MPa; Gas volume: Refer to assembly drawing description.
3) Water: the maximum solid contains 5ppm, the solid particles < 50um, and the pressure is 3.5-6bar; Supply: Refer to assembly drawing description.
4) Power supply: 3-phase /380V+5%, single-phase /220V+5%, 50Hz.
5) Working environment: The working environment of the machine is 5-45°C, and can not be frozen by water.

It is composed of main engine, hydraulic station, water station, gas-water mixed constant pressure backwashing system, control system and etc.

<<Working principle
1) Filtration stage: When the filter plate frame is closed, the slurry ispumped into the filter chamber through the slurry tube. The filtrateenters the filtrate chamber through the filter cloth, and then exits thefiltrate main pipe through the filtrate hose. At the same time, the

2) Extrusion stage: High-pressure water enters the upper chamber ofthe diaphragm through the high-pressure water hose, so that thediaphragm is squeezed to the filter cake, and finally the liquid in thefilter cake is squeezed out.

3) Washing stage: The washing liquid is pumped to the filter chamberthrough the slurry tube; Then it passes through the filter cake andfilter cloth into the discharge pipe.

4) Air drying: The air flow through the filter cake carries water,minimizes the filter cake moisture, and emptying the filtrate chamber.

5) Filter cake discharge: When the drying process is completed, thecomponent is opened. The driving mechanism drives the filter cloth toun, and the filter cake is discharged from both sides with the cloth.
